Requirements
  • Expertise with CyberArk or some equivalent tool to meet the following expertise.
  • Expertise with User Authentication/Port Security, Data Protection, Secure Configuration Management, Access Control, Detection and Response, and IT Infrastructure is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Able to work well in cross-functional teams, exhibiting a combination of active listening skills and also the confidence to guide decision-making for the document content strategy.
  • Able to manage expectations and the time pressures associated with authoring, resolving comments, updating and finalizing documents.
  • Able to complete and turn around high quality outputs with only minimal guidance from management.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Business Solutions Group in writing requirements documents and other needed deliverables as well as providing subject matter expertise to IT and HCR related initiatives.
  • Interact with Senior IT Leadership, Operations Business Owners, third party development vendors, and internal IT development departments responsible for integration, reporting, membership and billing, claims adjudication, etc.
  • Presentations to Senior Management.

  • Technical Requirements Documents.
  • Solution Options Document.
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Use Cases.
  • Test Plans/Test Cases.
  • Activity Diagrams.
  • Process Flows.
  • High Level Solution Diagrams (short of architecture).
  • Gap Analysis.
  • Defect/Root Cause Analysis.
  • Conducting Joint Application Development sessions.
  • Unified Modeling Language diagrams.
  • Data Mapping Documents.
