  • Manage the facilities of our 40K sq.ft. office in the SOMA neighborhood
  • Along with the Workplace Experience Coordinator, provide support in maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area for every person that enters the space
  • Act as a liaison with building management
  • Partner with IS Department to maintain office technical infrastructure
  • Assist HR Team with new hire onboarding for San Francisco and remote employees, recognition efforts for current employees, and other people-related initiatives
  • Oversee employee travel platform and assist with travel booking inquiries
  • Identify and fulfill office supply needs, manage external vendors, and coordinate catering
  • Plan and execute internal events, happy hours, parties and meetings
  • Drive global office management initiatives locally
