Requirements
  • very proficient in Typescript/React/Node
  • Can leverage GPT/Claude/Cursor to accelerate their work
  • Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue
  • Is OK with not having product and design support all the time
  • Is ALWAYS SHIPPING
  • Has a product and customer-focused mindset
  • Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues
  • Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points
  • Have a Computer Science degree or formal computer science/STEM backend

Responsibilities
  • Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node
  • Build our AI tools for our end-customers to generate new Replo content
  • Build our analytics and experimentation products end-to-end
  • Build our payments/billing infrastructure to manage different customer use-cases
  • Own our multiplayer editor end-to-end, deep dive into CRDT, React-performance
  • Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end
