  • Proven track record of executing “land and expand” strategy in SaaS industries
  • Previous experience leading and/or building Sales development teams, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
  • Proven experience in defining, measuring, interpreting and presenting performance goals
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and other Sales Development softwares
