Requirements
  • 2-5+ years experience in relevant industries or environments, such as strategy or innovation consulting, client-side management, creative or marketing agency/consultancy.
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity, collaboration skills, and tenacity: we value an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Learned to synthesize large quantities of data (both qual and quant) to highlight actionable insights and resulting recommendations.
  • Worked under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Refined your communication skills (both oral and written).
Responsibilities
  • Drive research to inform strategic recommendations: To get to great insights, we start with rigorous research. As a Strategist, you will work on studying and understanding markets, brands, culture, human behavior, among many other relevant themes, to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute and learn from a multidisciplinary team: At co:collective you will be part of a diverse team (Client Engagement, Creative, Strategy, Technology) of “Story” and “Doing” mavens to develop strategies and creative solutions through collaboration.
  • Support client interaction: We believe in working together with our clients to devise awesome solutions. As a Strategist, you will participate in meetings, interview presentations, and co:llaboratory work sessions with clients.
  • Participate in business development: You will help identify, target, and develop opportunities that could lead to new project assignments for co:collective. Key activities will include research, sourcing, and co:ordination of strategy presentations.

  • Completed an MBA program and/or pursued an advanced degree in a personal passion field (we don’t look for a specific degree but do look for individuals who have a clear interest in innovation, design, brands, and solving meaty problems).
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity, collaboration skills, and tenacity: we value an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
