  • Portfolio Submission: Writing samples of your recent work
  • 2 + years of professional writing experience related to field apps or GIS; ideally a blended background including technical and creative writing
  • Exposure to web-based content management systems to create and publish documents
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Write reference help documentation in our content management system about ArcGIS Field Maps, Esri’s mobile solution for exploring maps, collecting data, and sharing location from the field
  • Create and maintain blog articles, videos, guides, and tutorials that provide guidance, best practices, and applied workflows for Field Maps and other field apps
  • Collaborate with development, product marketing, product management, documentation, sales, and other teams to provide learning resources about Field Maps and other field apps
