Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control analysis of incoming, manufactured, and outgoing materials
  • Maintain accurate and complete records
  • Conduct daily laboratory activities to meet production requirements
  • Perform instrument maintenance, calibrations, quality control checks, and solutions preparations
  • Assist in addressing customer product complaints and returns
  • Provide technical support to production for manufacturing adjustments and quality issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
  • Communicate concerns about laboratory practices and quality trends to supervisor
  • Complete analysis, projects, and revisions of quality policies as assigned
  • Generate, distribute, and file Certificates of Analysis
  • Maintain analytical capabilities and provide back-up support as needed
  • Support effective communication with other departments for team success
