Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in relevant field
  • 10-12 years of financial service experience
  • Proficient Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and implementation of global rule changes, strategic initiatives, and projects
  • Develop and communicate a technology roadmap for Tax that aligns with the company's strategic goals by partnering with key stakeholders
  • Manage and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Drive the implementation of ChatGPT, machine learning, and Intelligence solutions
  • Lead the Tax team’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative to automate tasks and processes
  • Evaluate and select vendors to ensure they meet business requirements and performance goals
  • Document project plans, risk and issue logs, and communication plans for projects
  • Draft business requirements, functional requirements, and flow charts
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines to deliver projects
  • Analyze and visualize large sets of data from multiple sources to identify trends and make recommendations for scaling and investor experience enhancements
  • Manage third party vendor services, agreements, service level agreements and reviews
  • Liaise between various business departments, external providers, and vendors
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in relevant tax systems, procedures, and requirements
