  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or in an HR CoE (Center of Excellence) function such as Talent, People Analytics, or Inclusion and Diversity, including experience in the development and implementation of corporate-wide programs.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and drive execution of a comprehensive DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) strategy.
  • Work closely with internal partners (HRBP, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development) to analyze, evaluate and report on I&D in Talent programs and processes.
  • Evaluate and monitor metrics to ensure goals and objectives are being met and communicate those outcomes.
  • Develop and manage DEIB based mentorship programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate partnerships between Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and business partners based on DEIB strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to embed I&D in key learning programs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to motivate senior leaders, stakeholders and peer groups.
  • Connect cross functional groups to drive effective teamwork, communication and collaboration across multiple groups with competing priorities.
  • Deliver training on I&D to a wide variety of audiences and train the trainers to do so throughout the HR team.
