Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the emergency nursing team, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
  • Coordinate patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality emergency nursing services.
  • Provide hands-on nursing support during busy periods and complex cases.
  • Collaborate with the ECC Head of Department and leadership team to address operational and clinical challenges.
  • Work closely with Surgery/Anaesthesia, Neurology, Medicine, and Diagnostic Imaging team leaders to promote seamless patient care and workflow.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, education, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of emergency nursing practices.
