Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Food Retail industry – groceries, co-ops, or convenience stores.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in inside sales for technology, services, or subscription-based products.
  • Experience in working with sales CRM platforms and other sales tech stack products.
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.
  • Ability to make focused efforts to close deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Pipeline and drive sales and adoption of Local Express technology with new clients.
  • Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solution to prospects.
  • Take ownership of closing the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal Business Development and Marketing teams to better target, engage, and close new customers.
  • Can function independently as a “full cycle” AE.
  • Achieve quota and drive performance to exceed quota.
