We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Account Executive to drive sales, build relationships, and expand market reach. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and close new opportunities in the grocery and convenience stores market. As an outbound sales representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales and adoption of the company’s technology with new clients.
The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solution to prospects, serve as both a "hunter" and a consultative partner, and work collaboratively with internal Business Development and Marketing teams to better target, engage, and close new customers in order to achieve sales quota.

What You'll Do
- Develop Pipeline and drive sales and adoption of Local Express technology with new clients.
- Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solution to prospects.
- Take ownership of closing the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal Business Development and Marketing teams to better target, engage, and close new customers.
- Can function independently as a “full cycle” AE.
- Achieve quota and drive performance to exceed quota.
What You Need
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Food Retail industry – groceries, co-ops, or convenience stores.
- 2+ years of sales experience in inside sales for technology, services, or subscription-based products.
- Experience in working with sales CRM platforms and other sales tech stack products.
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
- Strong time management skills.
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.
- Ability to make focused efforts to close deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Salary
- Location: Remote in Los Angeles, CA.
- Salary: $90k/year Base + Commission.
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available.
- Remote.
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
