Requirements
  • At least 5 years of effective and successful management experience in a casino and/or card room.
  • Good project management skills, including prioritizing project tasks, meeting deadlines, and providing leadership and direction.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences and settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to adapt to additional internal applications.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions.
  • Ability to work in an enclosed and busy area.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Cage Manager in the Casino’s Cage, Countroom, and Card Control Departments.
  • Support the Cage Manager in formulating and implementing policies and procedures for handling cash, chips, and negotiable instruments.
  • Interact with Accounting on audits of the Cage, Countroom, and Card Control Departments.
  • Support the Cage Manager with ordering gaming chips and Card Control decks as requested.
  • Participate in training and development of staff skills through coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Adhere to all gaming laws and guidelines.
  • Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Controller, Vice President, or General Manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
