Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Energy/Environment Policy, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative focused subject
  • 1 year experience in the following areas:
  • Knowledge of the energy policy landscape in the U.S. and power systems concepts
  • Microsoft Office data processing (MS Excel) and analytical use
Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced quantitative and economic analysis of energy and environmental markets, using commercial power markets modeling tools.
  • Collaborate with team to develop and enhance ICF proprietary models and databases.
  • Evaluate the impact of power market trends and regulations and support the development of client strategies.
  • Be responsible for performing analysis for private and public sector client deliverables.
  • Support sales and client development efforts with market research, proposal development and thought leadership.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • The ability to work with and understand power systems concepts, while also being able to communicate them to non-technical personnel.
