Introduction

We’reseeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Content Creator with a passion for storytelling through video, photography, and emerging AI technologies. You’ll lead the charge in crafting original, high-impact content that resonates across digital platforms—while pushing creative boundaries and championing innovation.

This role sits at the forefront of our Create: Original Content vertical, where you’ll combine traditional production expertise with the latest generative AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, video generation, scriptwriting, voice synthesis) to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.

You’ll lead a talented team, mentor junior creators, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver content that’s not only beautiful—but purposeful, scalable, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photographic content for campaigns, social media, and internal use.

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with confidence and precision.

Rapidly edit and refine content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Optimize content for platform-specific formats and audiences (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Integrate generative AI tools into ideation, storyboarding, production, and post-production workflows.

Experiment with AI-generated assets (e.g., voiceovers, B-rolls, virtual environments) to enhance storytelling.

Lead the team’s adoption and exploration of emerging GenAI tools and techniques.

Collaborate with other POP teams to build scalable, efficient content pipelines.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables with agility and precision.

Contribute to creative strategy, audience engagement planning, and performance analysis.

Key Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in content production and post-production.

Strong showreel showcasing storytelling, cinematography, and editing excellence.

Photography portfolio demonstrating creative range and technical skill.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop).

Experience with generative AI tools for creative production.

Deep understanding of platform-specific content specs and best practices.

Strong grasp of motion graphics and animation workflows.

Comfortable shooting in both studio and location environments.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Experience with live streaming, AR/VR, or interactive media.
