Responsibilities
  • Support the team in ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time and as expected in the statement of work.
  • Follow process controls and tools to ensure deliverables meet client and team requirements.
  • Ensure internal process controls are followed and operate with integrity to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Support communications management and deliverables, including quality review of materials.
  • Build request for proposal workbooks.
  • Manage the request for proposal process with carriers.
  • Conduct request for proposal financial modeling.
  • Complete request for proposal comparisons.
  • Assist in creating and peer reviewing marketing results client presentations.
  • Obtain and request client data for 360, takeovers, and request for proposals from clients or carriers.
  • Obtain broker-of-record letters.
  • Review client and carrier data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create marketing disclosure documents.
  • Save pertinent data and maintain client folders.
  • Add new or revise existing opportunities in the Voluntary Benefits pipeline report.
  • Support TCAS by creating and sending rate spreadsheets and obtaining and quality reviewing CIW.
  • Test and review enrollment portals and technology.
  • Assist in completing client management documents.
  • Conduct and manage open enrollment audits.
  • Support client tasks for renewals.
  • Support other day-to-day tasks in collaboration with the Senior Benefit Specialist and Senior Benefit Consultant.
  • Serve as the primary contact and resource for strategy, marketing, implementation, and day-to-day tasks for cases weighted 50% or less.
Desired Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform pivot tables.
