  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2+ years’ experience of operations support using Salesforce

Responsibilities
  • Complete daily tasks pertaining to our client contracting process for new business and client renewals, including contract routing, gathering necessary approvals, file keeping, and sending regularly scheduled progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all closed won sales opportunities are properly accounted for and prepared for finance and our customer support teams.
  • Assist the commercial team with Salesforce data entry and hygiene, as well as any Salesforce report and dashboard creation and/or modifications to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals.
  • Assist with the creation, organization, and training of sales and client success training documentation, such as job aids for new hires and system or process updates.

  • Prior operations experience in a SaaS/software/technology industry preferred
