Requirements
  • 8 + years of experience in development and project management in the healthcare sector
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
  • You have experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing the fiduciary interests of the real estate developer or investor
  • You are skilled at managing project teams successfully through all phases of the development and construction process
  • You have been involved with and led master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, schematic design, design development, and construction documents phases, and construction/transition planning to build/project activation
  • You are knowledgeable with regard to project pro formas, including development budgets, operations (revenues, expenses, cash flows) and resulting financial metrics (return on cost, IRR, etc.)
  • You demonstrate skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
  • You thoroughly understand project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing
  • You possess a working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value-engineering techniques, and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements
  • You possess strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • You show discretion in handling confidential information
  • You are adept at developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and other development, design, and construction-related and business professionals
Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Project Manager, you will often serve as the primary interface with PMA clients and lead the client and project team through a successful process of strategic real estate planning, design and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments.

Christodoulides is a seasoned leader in the real estate and construction industries with nearly two decades of experience guiding complex development programs across corporate, residential, and mixed-use environments. With a background in architecture and city planning, she brings a unique ability to align stakeholders, navigate complexity, and drive projects from early planning through execution. Since joining PMA, Christodoulides has played a key role in leading large-scale, multi-project programs across corporate and institutional portfolios. Premier planning, development, and program-management advisory firm Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) recently announced that it has merged with Project Management Advisors (PMA). The merger unites two nationally recognized leaders in the program management and real estate advising fields, offering their social and institutional infrastructure clients a comprehensive suite of strategic planning, project leadership, owner's representation, and operations consulting services.
