👥 Who you’ll work with

• This role reports to our CTO Dean Bloembergen.
• This role will partner closely with Design, PMs and various stakeholders throughout the company.
• You will lead a group of experienced and exceptionally talented engineers!

✅ Minimum requirements

• At least 4 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead.
• Staff-level (IC6) or higher engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role.
• Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent.
• Excitement around keeping coding skills sharp, and jumping into the trenches with the team as needed.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and innovations on time and within budget.
• Voracious learner. Wants to grow, master their craft, self actualize.
• Motivated by and extremely passionate about our mission.

🏆 Pay and benefits

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $200K-250K plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
