Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in organizational development, instructional design, training, and/or building curriculum.
  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proven experience in professionally designing training events.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles and ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software and Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver NSOC technical training packages on all the features of global security operations, network operations, and features of managed networks.
  • Align training packages and its material to the roles of the NSOC operators, and the respective tools that are available to them.
  • Lead NSOC staff to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by achieving and maintaining high cybersecurity and network operations performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social science, communications, education, or related field.
  • Experience in Department of Defense environments.
  • Experience in the IT security, networking, or software fields.
  • Experience with DevSecOps and agile program management.
