Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Head of Campaign & Creative, TV & Digital
  • Coordinate the overall function of the team including internal meetings and processes
  • Assist with the business development side of the business by tracking RFP deadlines, drafting proposals and updating marketing materials
  • Assist with ad production functions, including: Coordinating travel and tracking costs for shoots, Invoicing clients and tracking payments of media buys, production and shoots, Ensuring crews and creative vendors are booked, confirmed and paid, Tracking all TV, digital and video creative assets through the workflow process, Possibly advancing shoots and participating in creative work sessions, as needed, Other tasks as necessary
  • Participate in a continuous improvement of our policies, practices and systems to produce better work more efficiently
