Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

• Document resident care accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
