Description:
We are seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator. This role will participate in the development of and continued support of the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the firm’s digital marketing content, video, and podcast organization. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of technologies, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain and support the firm’s website content management systems
• Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to the firm’s clients
• Conduct training and assist marketing users by providing support to the firm’s digital marketing content
• Conduct quality control of database information and proactively seek ways to improve workflow and data quality
Coordinate with marketing staff and other departments to share information between marketing databases and other firm systems
• Identify software deficiencies and collaborate between IT, vendors, and subject experts to implement effective solutions
• Review and beta test new digital marketing technologies and processes
• Manage and track the firm’s digital marketing and video production process workflow from design to delivery. Oversee the filming, production, and promotion of firm videos and podcasts for promotion on the firm’s website, social media platforms, and podcast streaming platforms.
• Maintain written documentation and training materials for digital marketing products
• Communicate and enforce coding standards
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work under time pressure
• Experience with HTML, video production, social media copywriting, and video script writing
• Knowledge of Web and digital marketing standards
• Experience with Lexis-Nexis InterAction, Sitecore CMS software, and email marketing software preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics and social media, including capturing and editing longform content such as Reels, as well as creating graphics packages for video and social media promotion.
• Knowledge and experience with podcasting/blogging, streaming platforms, and editing audio/video preferred. Experience with onsite filming with camera, lights, and audio setup is also preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a law firm, journalism, corporate or professional services environment preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree
