Requirements
  • 1+ years of SAP business analysis experience supporting one or more of the following modules: IM (Inventory Management), WM (Warehouse Management), or EWM (Enterprise Warehouse Management)
  • 1+ years of hands-on functional configuration with IM/WM/EWM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Must be local to St. Louis and willing to work onsite 5 days per week, willing to relocate to St. Louis or willing to travel 100% to St. Louis
Responsibilities
  • Defining business requirements in collaboration with client for SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation within assigned end-to-end business process workstream
  • Driving workshops, discussions, and decisions on business requirements and solution design within assigned workstream
  • Collaborating with client, functional team, and technical team to refine solution design and validate that it meets identified requirements
  • Defining required configuration to support functional solution design
  • Performing gap/fit analysis of requirements against standard SAP S/4HANA capabilities within assigned workstream
  • Developing detailed business process designs and associated documentation
  • Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
  • Developing functional designs and corresponding documentation, test plans and scripts, etc.
Desired Qualifications
  • SAP functional/configuration experience; Public Sector SAP experience a plus
  • S4/HANA Delivery experience
  • Experience with any of these SAP modules: Asset Management (EAM), Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Client-facing experience
