Requirements
  • Comfort with computer tools.
  • Knowledge of FOLS and/or Mews is desirable.
  • Ability to speak at least a second language.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in an organized, dynamic, service-oriented manner.
  • Interest in human contact, teamwork, hospitality, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests professionally and warmly.
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage reservations by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Respond to guest requests and promote hotel services.
  • Verify guarantees and reservations.
  • Process payments and monitor billing.
  • Maintain clear communication with the housekeeping, food service, and management teams.
  • Apply procedures defined by the brand and hotel.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • During two nights per week, ensure smooth night service, including welcoming late arrivals, maintaining establishment security, preparing the following day, and completing closing procedures.
