We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in complex data modeling, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) and a comprehensive understanding of common data science methodologies and tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing advanced analytical solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive actionable insights.
Core Role Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets, including structured and unstructured data, to uncover actionable insights and drive business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and deploy end-to-end data science solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Design and implement automated processes and workflows using robotic process automation (RPA) tools to streamline data collection, preprocessing, and analysis tasks.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and presentations.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, and assess their potential impact on business operations and strategies.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise to foster their professional growth and development.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certificate in Data Science.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on complex data modeling and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Certificate in Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and frameworks, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments and applying agile methodologies to data science projects.
