Requirements
  • High School Graduate with at least 1 years’ experience in the Healthcare Credentialing area preferred.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal & communication skills to establish & maintain effective working relationships.
  • Skill to compose, proofread and edit documents for accuracy.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic environment of sometimes rapidly changing priorities and sometimes frequent interruption.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in a developing program.
  • Can produce a large volume of work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting institutions.
  • Assess volume of applications to strategize production for timely outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external parties to properly update any needs.
  • Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes.
  • Keep accurate records in licensing, credentials, and insurance contracts.
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a focus on results.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
