  • 10+ years of experience in a project engineering, program management, or finance role

  • Experience with general Program Management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and Powerpoint
  • Excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Cost Report Development and Analysis
  • Contract Management including setup in Unanet, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC/VAC analysis
  • Schedule Development
  • CDRL generation
  • Supporting Status and Customer Meetings
  • ROM and Proposal Support
  • Dependencies and Risk Support
  • Project Startup Support
  • Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract compliance
  • WBS Definition, Charge Number Setup
  • Process Definition
  • Business Rhythm definition
  • Schedule & Milestones preparation and support
  • CDRL planning
  • Project Leadership
  • Serve as primary POC to customer and Outside Analytics team for small projects, both internal and external.

  • Serve as primary people manager to Outside Analytics employees on the project(s) supported
