  • We are looking for a technical Project Manager who can provide organisation and coordination support for our IT Operations teams' project and business-as-usual initiatives. Technology is key to our business; this role will require you to deliver smart solutions in a fast-paced environment without disrupting the daily workflow
  • This role sits within Jane Street's IT Operations group, who are responsible for end-user setup, asset management, inventory, desktop technology relocation, IT equipment deployment, and support for infrastructure expansion projects. You will mostly work with our Moves-Adds-Changes (MAC) team, which manages our ever-changing hardware landscape as well as our Desktop Support team, which monitors a vast array of systems and troubleshoots back-end and end-user problems in real-time
  • In addition to the MAC and Desktop Support teams, you will liase with individuals from Networking, Core Services, and Facilities to coordinate on existing and future projects. Additional responsibilities of this role will include:
