What believers are saying

  • Tombras won Regions Bank in March 2026 and Dollar Tree in August 2026.
  • Fast Company named Tombras among 2026 Most Innovative Companies for Sweethearts.
  • Headcount reached nearly 600 after Opinionated, improving delivery capacity across six offices.

What critics are saying

  • 2027 integration of Opinionated risks culture clashes, client churn, and duplicated leadership.
  • Tombras still depends on agency discretionary spending from brands like Dollar Tree and Regions.
  • If performance-driven pitches fade, holding-company giants with deeper global resources can outbid it.

What makes Tombras unique

  • Tombras acquired Opinionated in January 2026, becoming a bi-coastal independent agency.
  • Its data-led, full-service model blends media, creative, social, and analytics under one roof.
  • Family ownership and no outside funding support faster decisions than holding-company rivals.
