We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products.
We are actively working on designing new solutions for our clients and using our data assets creatively to provide unique insights to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Develop user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and customers to create seamless and effective web applications.
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand pain points and improve the overall user experience.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes, wireframes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback.
- Design Execution: Implement modern UX design principles, maintain design system and methodologies to ensure a great user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in designing SaaS/Web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work.
- Experience maintaining a design system and implementing it with relative CSS units -- REM, EM, %
- Experience building desktop-first designs with consideration for laptop to ultra-wide screen sizes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind framework, and front-end development is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
Salary Range:
- Base salary between $90k and $130k plus bonus eligible

Workplace Policy:
NYC, Dallas, and London office-based positions: Trepp’s offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
