Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in designing SaaS/Web applications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
  • Experience maintaining a design system and implementing it with relative CSS units -- REM, EM, %
  • Experience building desktop-first designs with consideration for laptop to ultra-wide screen sizes
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind framework, and front-end development is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and customers to create seamless and effective web applications
  • Conduct user research to understand pain points and improve the overall user experience
  • Create prototypes, wireframes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback
  • Implement modern UX design principles, maintain design system and methodologies to ensure a great user experience
  • Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds
