What You’ll Do

The CMS Contractor will publish engaging content across Insureon’s marketing channels. This includes content designed to educate small business owners, grow new business for Insureon, and retain and upsell existing customers. Being adept at CMS platforms, specifically Sitecore, and being a responsive, collaborative teammate will be tantamount to your success in this position.

In this role, you will support the Content Director and Manager in meeting publishing deadlines and posting content on our websites and social media channels. This opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate with and learn from SEO, Analytics, Engineering, Product, Sales and insurance subject matter experts.

Responsibilities – The Day-to-Day

• Work on uploading content, including minimal html coding to the company’s CMS platform: Sitecore.

• Help facilitate the content workflow by making revisions as needed.

• Follow Insureon’s content publishing guidelines.

• Support the Content Director with ad hoc requests.

• Help the Content Manager with daily CMS updates.

• Publish partner landing pages and microsites.

• Use provided data and insights to improve publishing productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required; content publishing experience required.

• Financial services and/or insurance experience would be ideal.

• Experience posting and publishing content in Sitecore is a definite plus.

• Ability to work with clear guidelines but with minimal supervision.

• Track record of publishing content: links would be highly preferred.

• Knowledgeable of best practices for web, mobile, and social media content.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and be highly productive.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a content-related field or coding discipline preferred.

Work Location

This position has remote working availability.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
