About Recora
Recora was founded in 2020 by seasoned digital health entrepreneurs. In past roles, we’ve founded and scaled high-growth startups, run large health systems, advised government programs, built technology you use every day, and provided healthcare for millions of lives.
We’re backed by leading VCs including SignalFire, Pear, GFC , 2048, Great Oaks, MGV and more. Over the last year, we’ve built the leading virtual cardiac recovery and management platform for members with cardiac conditions. For every member we serve, we add an average of five years to their lifespan.
We’re growing – fast. Our member base is doubling every month and we’re looking to 3x our team size quickly. This will allow us to scale nationally and accelerate product development across the continuum of heart health.

What we’re looking for:
Recora is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help us accomplish our mission of empowering everyone to live a long, full and optimal life by redefining the future of heart health. Because heart disease is the leading cause of death in this country, you’re passionate about increasing patient access to lifesaving care from the comfort of their own home.
You’re known for being an effective verbal and written communicator. Your growth mindset, care for others, and strong listening and problem-solving skills fuel your ability to partner well with our Sales, Marketing and Clinical teams to increase member engagement and awareness of our program.
Responsibilities
As our first growth marketing hire, you’ll be responsible for driving member adoption and sustained engagement on our platform. Working closely with Recora’s operations team, you’ll design and execute marketing initiatives that build awareness and drive measurable engagement in our partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play an instrumental role in developing segmentation, value propositions, packaging/naming and marketing strategies for our membership base.
The ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer who is the consummate team player. You can work cross-functionally, and build marketing campaigns in an analytically rigorous way. Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the strategy and day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns/channels at Recora
- Own the end-to-end creation and dissemination of member marketing including templating, copy/messaging, and design (e.g. digital marketing assets and visual/graphic collateral)
- Drive development of cross channel content production efforts, assessing member demand across web, video, email, SMS, and social channels and aligning focus and prioritization accordingly.
- Create and deploy omni-channel marketing campaigns that deliver results across email, SMS, and other channels.
- Track and be held accountable for daily engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, acquisition, retention)
- Own the patient and caregiver journey through online and offline marketing – awareness, education, engagement, retention, advocacy.
- Collaborate with Recora partners to measure and improve provider engagement via awareness campaigns, on-site events, etc.
- Build A/B testing strategies for ad creative, messaging, landing pages and more
- Use analytics and insights (e.g., site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, visitor feedback) to optimize digital experiences and marketing spend
Who You Are

- 3-5 years of direct experience running digital marketing campaigns/channels, with a minimum of 1 year of Paid Search-specific experience
- Strong preference for past startup, digital health, and patient acquisition/enrollment experiences
- Demonstrated past experience creating direct copy (web page, email campaigns, etc.)
- Experience optimizing advertising campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- You enjoy being scrappy; equally comfortable creating process where there is non and making iterative, data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production
- Experience with full-funnel A/B testing and optimization, including ads, landing pages, user onboarding flow and email remarketing
- Strong quantitative skills, at home diving into analytics platforms or Excel to get answers to your questions
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with a strong growth/optimization mindset
