Requirements
  • 3-5 years of direct experience running digital marketing campaigns/channels, with a minimum of 1 year of Paid Search-specific experience
  • Strong preference for past startup, digital health, and patient acquisition/enrollment experiences
  • Demonstrated past experience creating direct copy (web page, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Experience optimizing advertising campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CAC, etc.)
  • You enjoy being scrappy; equally comfortable creating process where there is non and making iterative, data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production
  • Experience with full-funnel A/B testing and optimization, including ads, landing pages, user onboarding flow and email remarketing
  • Strong quantitative skills, at home diving into analytics platforms or Excel to get answers to your questions
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with a strong growth/optimization mindset
Responsibilities
  • As our first growth marketing hire, you'll be responsible for driving member adoption and sustained engagement on our platform. Working closely with Recora's operations team, you'll design and execute marketing initiatives that build awareness and drive measurable engagement in our partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play an instrumental role in developing segmentation, value propositions, packaging/naming and marketing strategies for our membership base
