  • Lead the functional execution of Relay's supply chain including procurement, international trade compliance, international & domestic freight including imports and exports, demand planning, inventory planning, inventory management, order management, forward logistics, reverse logistics, and refurbishment programs
  • Manage procurement functions of Relay product and collateral with contract manufacturer & key suppliers
  • Manage international trade compliance through internal and external resources ensuring accurate classifications of Relay product and accurate filings for all imports and exports
  • Manage the demand & inventory plan for Relay product, including product launches, life cycle management, QA/EOL transitions, while optimizing against Relay's capital and growth strategy
  • Manage sourcing and vendor performance of 3PL/strategic distribution and warehousing partnerships ensuring accurate and timely delivery of B2B customer orders, accurate inventory levels, and accurate invoicing of services within forward logistics function
  • Manage sourcing and vendor performance of transportation partnerships ensuring market competitive rates for various shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL) ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Manage in-house or sourcing and vendor performance of reverse logistics function responsible for accurate and timely triage, triage reporting for core internal stakeholders (hardware, software, and operations teams) cost recovery from contract manufacturers or key suppliers based on triage results, and when applicable, refurbishment of the product
  • Lead the functional execution of field services including service offerings for Relay customers, pricing of offerings to achieve target margins, system tracking and auditability, resourcing of labor (vendor sourcing or in house), and performance management, ensuring high quality work, adherence to process, and accurate results following the completions of work per service for Relay customers
  • Lead and manage team members responsible in supporting the daily operations & functional improvements of our supply chain and field services including but not limited to:conducting regular performance reviews ensuring business objectives and KPIs are met, providing coaching to ensure high performance of team members, and mentorship to support the growth and development of team members
