Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships in designated territory
  • Drive 30 or more appropriate direct referrals each month
  • Nurture relationships to be the 'go-to' thought leader and resource for consumer-directed services
  • Familiarize with the healthcare professionals ecosystem to determine how FreedomCare can best fit into serving their patients and caregivers
  • Leverage cold calling, appointments, in-person meetings, and marketing techniques to achieve goals
  • Lead informational presentations with various healthcare facilities
  • Attend and represent FreedomCare at local health and wellness events/expos
  • Organize team to participate in events that deepen relationships
  • Comply with company policies and government regulations
  • Remain adaptable and resilient with an optimistic outlook aligned with company culture and Core Values
