  • 10+ years of HR or relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities
  • Strategically partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community as well as other senior leaders connected to our Creative Cloud organization.
  • Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
  • Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires
  • Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale
  • Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe’s values of Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be Genuine
  • Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed
