Responsibilities

You will assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
Review and process construction administration documents
Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination
Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects
Provide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development process
In-house management and leadership training opportunities
Education opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech Talks
Provide study grants for exploration - Catapult, LPA Foundation

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $76,000 and is eligible for an annual

LPA is seeking a passionate Architecture Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our Dallas studio is continuing to grow, and you’ll have the opportunity to be a central part of our expansion. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. We work primarily on education projects North Texas.

If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
