Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or similar degree required
  • 2-3 years of related experience in Human Resources, including facilitating staff and/or professional development education
  • Experience applying adult learning principles
  • Certification in psychometric tools such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (M.B.T.I.), Clifton Strengths or DiSC, preferred
  • Strong research, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse group of individuals
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish (required)
  • Extensive travel, approximately 60-75% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective training plans (hard skills and soft skills) to address the region's learning and development needs
  • Facilitate learning using various instructional techniques
  • Coordinate, support, and facilitate hard skills and soft skills training
  • Utilize data and reports to establish accountability for completion/participation
  • Serve as a liaison and provide coaching and support to leaders and team members
  • Design and develop content for online, in-person, and blended formats
  • Create participant materials, guides, instructional/demo videos, and supporting documentation
  • Administer and leverage learning technologies and platforms
  • Conduct ongoing learning sessions for leaders and individual contributors
  • Report and analyze learning data to enhance courses, workshops, and programs
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate various learning and development initiatives and special projects
  • Apply best practices of learning and development to all initiatives and projects
  • Perform administrative activities related to learning and development
