  • Must have a US Secret level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or Related Field
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing, coordinating, and conducting equipment training, fielding, and logistics activities in support of equipment fielding and sustainment operations on projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, revising, and modifying training courses and prepare appropriate training materials.
  • Provide technical advisory services regarding all training and instructions.
  • Instructors shall provide formal classroom instructor-led new equipment training (NET) and delta training to soldiers and customers IAW established/approved POIs and training materials.
  • Senior trainers shall assist with NET planning conduct and lead instructors during NET events.
  • Training will be provided in both field and classroom environments and may include classroom, on-the-job instruction, and/or computer based/aided training.
  • Identifies the best approach training requirements, to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examination, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior based assessment and performance, team and unit assessment and measurement.
