Responsibilities
  • Work closely and effectively with Investment Directors and the Investment Team to keep them informed of commitments and responsibilities, identify conflicts, and follow up proactively.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule numerous internal and external meetings involving extensive coordination with internal staff.
  • Make complex and detailed travel arrangements using a travel agency and Neo, an online travel booking tool.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and discreetly.
  • Support marketing efforts and research backgrounds and biographies as needed.
  • Work with the Catering Manager or onsite catering support team to support client and team meetings.
  • Create and maintain Box files on behalf of the team.
  • Schedule conference rooms and provide internal and external meeting support in Outlook and in person.
  • Serve as a virtual support resource for Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom as needed and on behalf of the Investment Team.
  • Monitor Microsoft Teams channels for team requests.
  • Research information via CA Home and the internet.
  • Prepare and reconcile timesheets, expense reports, and American Express statements.
  • Schedule manager meetings in coordination with meeting planners.
  • Pull manager comments, manager quarterly letters, and factsheets for the Investment Team as needed.
  • Maintain client contacts in CRM Dynamics.
  • Organize and manage business contacts in Outlook on behalf of Investment Directors.
  • Ensure the firm’s formatting standards are applied to correspondence, presentations, and materials.
  • Prepare materials for yearly conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Prepare FedEx labels for shipment.
  • Provide coverage for Investment Directors and management staff during administrative team member absences.
  • Work closely with the Administrative Manager to mentor and train team members.
  • Perform special projects and assume responsibilities assigned by the Administrative Manager or Practice Management Teams.

Bank of Singapore appoints new head of alternative investments. Benjamin Low joins Bank of Singapore from Cambridge Associates. 29 July 2026 Bank of Singapore has announced the appointment of Benjamin Low as head of alternative investments with effect from 17 August 2026. In his role, Low will lead the growth of the bank's alternatives platform - including private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure and real estate - to meet the investment needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Based in Singapore, he will report to Jean Chia, global chief investment officer. Low joins Bank of Singapore with over 15 years of institutional leadership experience across alternatives strategy, portfolio positioning and manager selection. Most recently, he was head of Asia hedge funds research at Cambridge Associates, where he advised on multi-billion-dollar portfolios for leading endowments, family offices, pension funds and corporate investors. Commenting on Low's appointment, Chia said: "We are excited to welcome Benjamin to further strengthen our investment leadership bench. His strong track record advising sophisticated institutional investors will be instrumental as we focus on our whole portfolio approach to deliver best-in-class investment solutions and differentiated opportunities."
