The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with our team and clients.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
Support the creation of event timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly.
Manage event registration, guest lists, and on-site check-in.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.
Assist in post-event activities, such as wrap-up reports and vendor payments.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a supportive role for events, internships included.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required by events.
