- Day-to-day administration of license provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Ensure complete processing of provisioning cases.
- Provide rapid, first-line support for sales, partners, and customers on provisioning issues.
- Partner with Order Management on resolving customer contract issues.
- Recognize and execute specific SLA expectations on High customer Governmental / Standard customer cases.
- Collaborate with different departments to provision High Governmental customers / Standard Customer cases.
- Run audit reports to ensure compliance with sales orders.
- Ensure compliance with company’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with SFDC Lightning / AWS a plus but not required.
