Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in an administrative or operations capacity, with experience in healthcare or with a rapidly growing tech/sales organization required
  • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities
  • Relevant competencies include developing and maintaining customer relationships, project management, and effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
  • Competency with data manipulation and presentation, including Google and Microsoft Suite of tools
  • Proven experience creating outward-facing ready presentations
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels
  • Team player with the ability to work with a remote and distributed team
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals
  • Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in DEI efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and execution of calls, meetings, retreats, and projects
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and tasks on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate communication among key stakeholders/partners
  • Support calendar management, including internal and external commitments for Regional Vice Presidents, Network Development; Ensure that schedules are followed and respected to optimize schedules and meeting conflicts are proactively resolved
  • Arrange travel itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, car rentals, flights, etc.) if requested
  • Expertly draft communications, reports, spreadsheets, and decks
  • Schedule/coordinate logistics for small to large internal and external meetings and special events, including catering, room reservations, marketing/collateral materials ordering/delivery etc
  • Own content review and planning for all hands meetings, growth leadership meetings, and regional meetings
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and research projects on topics relevant to the department
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP or LEAN certification is a plus
