Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Accurate work with careful attention to detail is required.
- Excellent math and computer skills are required.

- The ability to operate a computer, calculator, telephone, and other related pharmacy equipment is required.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting and interact daily with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and patients.
- Work alongside pharmacists in providing care to patients.
- Train in sterile intravenous compounding, automated dispensing systems including Omnicell, repackaging systems, intravenous compounding systems, and inventory management processes.
- Use the EPIC health information system and Microsoft Suite resources.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail pharmacy or related hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Current registration as a Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio is preferred, or the employee is expected to gain this level of registration within six months of hire.
