Requirements
  • Implementing and executing engagements for Captains clients and ensuring the clients are provided the highest level experience within their Captains engagement. This includes assisting during the early stages of a client's engagement, planning and executing a wide range of discrete projects within the engagement in partnership with Captains senior staff, as well as assistance with day-to-day coordination. In-person “show running” of all engagement activities assigned to an Implementation Lead, both locally and globally, is a key element to this position
  • Effectively liaise between clients and Captains senior management team about client needs, progress, and expectations for their engagements as required -- transparently communicating all work with each client, including milestones, concerns, and successes, while maintaining strong independent work ownership
  • Work with external implementation partners to exceed Captains clients' intended outcomes and results, including those from within the client's workgroup and external implementation partners brought into the engagement by Captains. External implementation partners play a vital role in the health and success of the Captains program. Identifying, building, maintaining, and supporting these partnerships is a key role of this position
  • Coordinate all engagement stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, facilitators, thought leaders, and more, to create a robust experience throughout each project
  • Work in partnership with CIC's Sales and Relationship Management team and Events team to deliver engagement projects that work in concert with the CIC ecosystem, as appropriate based on each engagement's requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • A natural interest for helping/supporting others
  • Ability to travel ≤10% of the time, as needed, at various times of the year
