Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Channels/Alliances /Partnerships at a Technology or Consulting Company
  • Successful track record of developing and establishing and closing strategic partnerships/accounts in competitive environments
  • You are a strategic thinker that can build territory plans with sales leaders across an ecosystem of partners
  • You are methodical and bring an enterprise sales mentality to a partnership
  • You can work in an extremely fast-paced environment. You're able to keep up with a highly motivated team, a market that is growing extremely fast
  • You are extremely organized. You are able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic territory plans with Fivetran Sales Leaders and AEs to build and manage their focus partners
  • Identify and establish regional sales leadership relationships
  • Build an engagement and enablement plan with regional partners to support partner activity
  • Engage with tech, RSI, and GSI partner managers to execute local partner events and activities
  • Identify opportunities where we can engage & plan co-sell engagements between Fivetran reps and partner sales reps
  • Provide Regional Partner & Internal field enablement
  • Identify and support Partner referral activity
  • You will work closely with Field and Account Based Marketing to engage partners in our regional demand generations campaigns and events
