Responsibilities
  • Using Microsoft project to integrate multiple individual project schedules into interdependent master schedules
  • Applying expertise in advanced Microsoft Projects to develop and manage complex projects
  • Working with management, developers, engineers, and vendors to gather schedule data and coordinate project goals
  • Analyzing and proactively communicating schedule and resource conflicts to management
  • Scheduling, leading, and assisting with project planning meetings
  • Performing various other administrative duties as requested by the client
