  • 10+ years of experience in HR, Product, or Technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience providing consultative support for executives and People Teams, translating business goals into technical solutions, including providing solutions for all levels of the organization
  • This role encompasses all phases of product and experience leadership, from leading the strategy to leading the execution and feedback loops, while owning a portfolio yourself
  • Build and lead the HR product management function focused on full lifecycle management; idea generation, requirements gathering, build/buy analysis, RFPs, project execution, deployment, roadmap management and adoption
  • Lead the design, creation, and delivery of a holistic HR product and experience while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their vision, strategy, and key priorities to provide transparent roadmaps as we evolve our technology ecosystem; create a lasting meaningful impact for our entire growing employee base
  • Bring extensive HR, Product and user experience design expertise to a fast growing organization
  • Create a balanced strategy across new home-grown development and vendor implementations
  • Build and lead an experience led product management function including design thinking, persona journey's, user research, storyboards and generating quick feedback loops in an agile delivery model
  • Create and manage a backlog prioritization methodology and specification leveling to ensure optimal delivery integration with vendors or our IT/Engineering partners
  • Develop a interlocked roadmap strategy to optimize HR's technology systems to meet workforce requirements and drive value across the organization
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to advise our stakeholders on options, trade offs, and recommended solutions to achieve their business objectives
  • Collaborate with members of the Executive Leadership team, the People Leadership team, IT, and Legal to develop and iterate upon processes to create a world-class HR technology product strategy
  • Oversee sourcing new software programs, implementation, contract renewals, and external vendor management
  • Deploying an Agile based product management and experience strategy across HR technology and our partner organizations to ensure iterative, optimized delivery of our technology solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with a combination of HR, technology (including Workday HCM), product management, and project management experience. Strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and reliability, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
