  • 5+ years of Incentive design experience using advanced excel skills, pivot tables, and modeling skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
  • Drive effectiveness of sales behaviors and processes through incentive risk controls and risk management oversight functions.
  • Design, coordinate and administer incentive plans for multiple CRB segments, providing plan interpretation, reporting, sales adjustments, plan documents, acknowledgements and monitoring compliance with plan guidelines.
  • Modeling and implementation of incentive administrative changes to support annual planning and other projects with analysis.
  • Implement incentive plan changes with senior leaders and segment managers to support communication of new plans with teams and colleagues.
  • Support segment L3 leaders and business segment on training, presentations, colleague inquires, reporting and other sales process activities.
  • Administer and coordinate and goal allocation and goal maintenance for segments to drive metric performance for OCR/revenue growth, productivity, service, quality, leadership and other behaviors.
  • Manage and coordinate incentive automation by performing business requirements, user acceptance testing, production validation and risk controls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Incentive design experience within mortgage, consumer lending, vehicle finance, credit and operations.
  • Business experience with software or platform used to calculate incentives.
  • Clear and accurate communications (both verbal and written) that is appropriate for intended audience(s), including the ability to effectively communicate complex issues.
  • Ability to participate in and foster a teamwork environment.
  • Strong skills with excel for data and analysis.
  • Ability to learn new technology and systems.
