Requirements
  • 3+ years of programmatic account management experience within the digital industry
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts with a consultative approach
  • Analytically driven and ability to make key decisions based on data
  • Strategic insight and business acumen with proven creative problem-solving skills
  • An ability to manage high volume client requests in an effective way
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities
  • Love to develop and foster relationships with publishers, to build rapport and trust
  • Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Equativ products, service and positioning
  • Be responsible for an omnichannel account list of RTB and ad serving publishers
  • Provide clients with strategical guidance on revenue and operational practices
  • Help launch new publisher accounts, adhering to standardised onboarding KPIs
  • Analyse data and provide clear actionable insights
  • Develop and help present clients with quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Establish customer journey progression with the up-sell of appropriate products through an active promotion of Equativ solutions
  • Contribute to internal knowledge of clients' needs and market evolution
  • This role is analytical in nature - it's about being proactive and maximising the publisher's accounts to their full potential. This can be anything from making sure clients are fully programmatically compliant to strategic A/B testing, or upselling integrations types
