We’re looking for an innovative and driven account executive to join our Deel HR (https://www.deel.com/hr) sales team. Deel HR is one of the fastest growing products in the Deel family and provides an exciting opportunity for someone to make an outsized impact and help lay the groundwork for Deel’s venture beyond global payroll into HR, people operations, and day-to-day life in a remote world. In this role, you’ll get to:

• Be responsible for qualifying potential customers

• Identify customer needs and pain points and effectively prescribe solutions

• Position the value of Deel’s software and HR plugins to companies of all shapes and sizes

• Demo Deel’s platform to prospects and create proposals

• Negotiate and close net new business

• Keep an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to team development

• Partner with our Marketing and Customer Success departments to provide a cohesive experience for potential and current customers

• Bring new ideas and innovative solutions to help advance the sales team and the entire company

• A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary

• An analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving

• An ability to learn quickly and adapt

• Experience building a pipeline and closing business

• Experience leading customers through the purchase process from lead to customer

• Strong communication, writing and organisational skills

• Attention to detail, drive to achieve goals, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 2+ years of experience selling SaaS / B2B products

• Experience in the HR industry or in a startup is a plus
